24x24 Premade MDF Backed Pine Frame

READ THIS BEFORE PURCHASING - because the market these frames were made for was cancelled due to "snow", I'm offering porch delivery by end of day 12/22.  You will add the porch delivery fee as a separate item only once, no matter how many frames you order.  I can't tell you the exact date until I get the orders arranged but as long as you order by the 20th, I"ll have them out to you by the 22nd and as soon as I can.   NOTE - I WILL ONLY DELIVER IN VIRGINIA BEACH, NORFOLK, CHESAPEAKE AND PORTSMOUTH.

Please don't order this to be shipped - I can't ship it.  Wayyyy too large.

The frame is 24x24.  This is large enough to hang a cute wreath on, to do a collage on, do hang other signs on.  It is prebuilt and the Frame is premium pine that can be stained, but the back is MDF.  It will need to be painted.
