Side Entrance House

The Side Entrance House is the largest house in the Americana Summer Village and stands 9.5"x8.4"" tall and has interchangeable window decor. You get access to a video tutorial that shows you how to assemble the window decor to ensure it is interchangeable. You can also opt out of the interchangeable and simply glue on either the bunting or the flowers. You get window bunting and a flower box for each window.

Sideview house has an open cut side balcony with a ceiling fan and banisters giving all sorts of the Charleston vibe I was going for with this design. The design is one-sided and the main house has score marks to look like siding.

Pair this kit with your own paints or stains.  I've used the Americana stains.
