North Pole Nutcrackers and Nut Roastery

The North Pole Nutcrackers and Nut Roastery Shop is a 2023 addition to the Christmas Village. This is where you'll find your nutcrackers and replacement parts. Around back is the roastery where they are making nuts of all kinds as fast as you can buy them on the freestanding vintage roasting cart.

The shop is one of the larger designs in the village at 10.2" tall and 11.3" wide. I made it larger so the details of the nutcrackers are still large enough to paint without going crazy, though there are some smaller parts in this design.  The Nutcrackers in the windows are 2.5", a single piece (no separate parts to manage) but with that, you will need a detail brush to get to some of the details.  

You also get the separate freestanding Nutcracker with his Hot Roasted Chestnuts cart ready to serve you!  This is so reminiscent of the vendors in Williamsburg for me.  

I painted this with the Vintage Christmas Stain kit which you can grab separately.  The only thing is I did use black paint for the windows - versus stain.  It helped make the items pop with the more muted color palette. Any black paint will do.
